Telfast D

Description

Telfast-D is an extended-release allergy relief tablet that works on both sneezing and nasal blockage at the same time. It combines Fexofenadine (an antihistamine) to control itching and sneezing, with Pseudoephedrine (a decongestant) to clear blocked or stuffy sinuses.

Key Uses

Typically taken to relieve:

• Nasal or sinus congestion

• Runny or itchy nose

• Sneezing

• Watery or itchy eyes

• Itchy throat

Best suited for seasonal allergies (hay fever) when congestion is also present.

How to Take

• Adults and children 12+: 1 tablet every 12 hours

• Swallow whole with water — do not crush or chew

Not suitable for children below 12 years.
