Avastin injection to treat metastatic colon/rectum carcinoma.

Also used in the treatment of metastatic cervical cancer, glioblastoma (cancer that can occur in the brain or spinal cord), non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian or fallopian tube cancer, metastatic renal cell cancer.

Side Effects For Avastin 100mg

Patients administered with this injection may experience GI perforation, fistulae, fatigue, immune system, headache, weight loss, skin reactions, arthalgia (pain in joint), hypertension, stroke, pain, GI upset, infections, myalgia (pain in muscles), muscles weakness and/or tachycardia.

Avastin is infused over 90 min once every 14 days until disease progression  is detected.
