Indications:
This medicine is used for the treatment and prevention of chest pain and increased heart rate associated with Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome (abnormal heart beat disorder).
It can also be used to treat mild to moderate high blood pressure (hypertension).
Administration:
This medicine is used orally or intravenously. The injectable form is injected into a vein by a medical professional. However, if you are self-injecting or doing it at home, ensure that you follow the correct procedure and follow all relevant precautions. The dose is dependent on the age, condition and its severity. The lowest oral dose should be used for the elderly.
Storage:
Store the oral form of this medicine at room temperature (18-25 Celsius). Please keep away from excessive light, moisture, and children.

Side Effects:
The use of this medicine is associated with side effects such as severe hypotension, cough, rash, stomach disturbances, constipation, swelling in the ankles, skin reactions, tremors, allergies, may affect heart function, and may affect liver function.
Precautions:
It is not suggested in patients with kidney and liver impairment, heart problems and patients with Myesthenia Gravis (long term neuromuscular disease).
Effects on pregnancy and lactation:
The effects are undetermined; therefore, caution is advised.
Contraindications:
This medication is contraindicated in patients with severe heart problems and severe blood pressure disorders.
