Indications:

This medication is used in combination with other medications to keep the body from attacking transplanted organ (such as kidney, liver and heart).

Pregnancy:

This medication is not recommended in pregnant females. Consult your doctor for further advice.

Lactation:

This medication is not recommended in lactating females. Consult your doctor for further advice.

Contraindications:

This medication is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating females.

Precautions:

Monitor full blood counts regularly, GI disease and elderly.

Side effects:

GI upset, infections, hypertension, metabolic and CNS disturbances, respiratory disorders, colitis (inflammation of colon) and pancreatitis (inflammation of pancreas).
