Dirogest 10mg

Introduction
Dirogest contains Dydrogesterone 10mg, a synthetic form of progesterone. It is widely used in Pakistan for conditions where the body requires additional progesterone support. By acting on the uterus and regulating the menstrual cycle, Dirogest helps manage hormone-related disorders, supports pregnancy in selected cases, and provides relief in conditions such as endometriosis or premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Composition
Each tablet contains Dydrogesterone 10mg, belonging to the progestogen class of medicines.

Uses
Doctors prescribe Dirogest for:

• Irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation problems

• Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

• Endometriosis, to reduce pain and bleeding

• Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

• Luteal support in fertility treatment and assisted reproduction

How to Take

Precautions

• Not recommended during early pregnancy unless prescribed for luteal support.

• Avoid use if you have liver disease, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or a history of hormone-dependent cancers.

• Patients with clotting disorders, kidney or heart disease, or epilepsy should use it cautiously and only under medical supervision.

• Store at room temperature, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
