Endol 650mg Tablet is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine containing Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) as its active ingredient. It is widely used for the relief of fever, headache, toothache, menstrual pain, muscle aches, joint pain, and post-surgical discomfort. Paracetamol works by blocking the release of certain natural chemicals (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and fever. It is generally well tolerated and considered safe when taken at the recommended dose.
