Overview
Fexet-D is a combination of an antihistamine (Fexofenadine) and a nasal decongestant (Pseudoephedrine). It is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and nasal congestion. Fexofenadine works by blocking histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms, while Pseudoephedrine shrinks swollen nasal passages, easing breathing. This dual-action formula provides longer-lasting relief compared to antihistamine alone.

Doctor’s Review
“Fexet-D is a highly effective combination for patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, especially those with both runny nose and nasal congestion. Fexofenadine provides strong antihistamine action without causing much drowsiness, while pseudoephedrine relieves nasal blockage. Patients with heart conditions, hypertension, or difficulty sleeping should use it cautiously. When prescribed appropriately, it provides excellent symptomatic relief.”
