Indications:
This medication is used for lowering blood pressure in hypertensive (high blood pressure) and heart failure. Hypertensive emergencies (during pregnancy).
Administration:
This medicine is mostly taken orally (through mouth). The dosage is dependent on the severity of condition and response to treatment. This medication is taken with meals. Please consult your doctor before use.
Not recommended for children.
Storage:
Please store this medicine at room temperature (18-25 Celsius). Keep medicine away from excessive light, moisture, and children.

Precautions:
Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you have any of these diseases; coronary artery disease (heart vessel disorder), cerebrovascular disease (disease affecting blood vessels of brain), severe renal (kidney) failure or hepatic (liver) dysfunction.
Side Effects:
You may experience the following:
- Flushing
- Tachycardia
- Palpitation
- Angina
- Increased heart rate
- Gastro-intestinal disturbances
- Systemic -like Syndrome
- May affect kidney function
- Blood disorders
- Abnormal liver function
- Dyspnea
- Nasal congestion
- Anorexia
Effects on pregnancy and lactation:
The effects in pregnancy and lactation are undetermined; therefore, caution is advised.
Contraindications:
- Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (autoimmune disease)
- Patients with severe heart disease
- Patients with skin disorders
- Severe tachycardia
