Hyo-Plus Tablet
What’s this medicine about? Hyo-Plus contains Hyoscine (you might hear it called scopolamine too). It’s part of a medicine family called anticholinergics. The way it works is pretty straightforward – it blocks nerve signals that normally make your muscles contract and your body produce more fluids. Once these signals are blocked, your stomach settles down, you make less saliva, and muscle spasms ease up. That’s why you’ll get it for car sickness, stomach pain, and similar issues.

Doctor’s Review – Dr. Ayesha Rahman, Consultant Gastroenterologist (Karachi Hospital):
Hyo-Plus is effective for abdominal cramping and spasms due to its muscle-relaxing action. It is also used in Parkinson’s management and severe motion sickness. Caution is required in patients with glaucoma or urinary problems, but when prescribed appropriately, it provides reliable relief.
