Description
Keforal contains Cephalexin 500mg, a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria and is commonly used for a variety of infections. Doctor’s Review, Dr. Rabia Khan – Consultant Infectious Diseases Specialist, MBBS, FCPS (Infectious Diseases), Islamabad
Keforal (cephalexin) is a well-established antibiotic for bacterial throat, urinary, and skin infections when the bacteria are sensitive. Completing the full course is important to avoid relapse or resistance. Though generally safe, patients should report persistent diarrhea or rash, as these may indicate uncommon side effects.
