Doctor’s Overview
Dr. Ayesha Khan – Consultant Dermatologist, MBBS, FCPS (Dermatology)
Konazole Cream (Ketoconazole) is commonly used in dermatology to treat fungal skin conditions such as ringworm and dandruff-related scalp problems. It works by stopping the growth of the fungus, which helps clear up infection. For best results, dermatologists usually recommend regular daily application and caution that stopping too early may allow the infection to return.
