Decription

Paincare Tablet contains Diclofenac Sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation in various conditions. Diclofenac works by blocking certain natural chemicals in the body (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation. It is commonly prescribed for joint pain, arthritis, back pain, muscle aches, and after injuries or surgeries. By reducing pain and stiffness, it helps improve movement and daily activity.

Uses

Paincare is used for the relief of:

• Rheumatoid arthritis

• Osteoarthritis

• Back pain and muscle pain

• Sprains, strains, and sports injuries

• Post-operative or dental pain

How to Use

• Take with a full glass of water, preferably after meals to reduce stomach irritation.

• Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.

• Take at the same time each day if used regularly.

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Side Effects

Some patients may experience:

• Stomach pain, indigestion, or nausea

• Headache or dizziness

• Diarrhea or constipation

• Skin rash

Seek medical help if you develop black stools, vomiting blood, swelling, or difficulty breathing.

Warnings & Precautions

• Pregnancy: Avoid use, especially in the last 3 months of pregnancy.

• Breastfeeding: Use only on doctor’s advice.

• Driving: May cause dizziness; use caution.

• Medical conditions: Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease, asthma, or heart problems.

• Alcohol: Avoid alcohol as it increases stomach and liver risks.

When Not to Use

Do not use Paincare if you have:

• Allergy to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs

• Active stomach ulcer or bleeding

• Severe liver or kidney disease

• Heart failure or uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Asthma attacks triggered by NSAIDs

Drug Interactions

Tell your doctor if you are using:

• Other painkillers or NSAIDs

• Blood thinners (e.g., warfarin)

• Blood pressure medicines

• Steroids

• Certain antidepressants

Storage

• Store at room temperature, below 25°C.

• Protect from light, heat, and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.
