Best suited for seasonal allergies (hay fever) when congestion is also present.
How to Take

-
Swallow whole with water — do not crush or chew
Not suitable for children below 12 years.
Doctor Review
Dr. Salman Qureshi (Allergist): Telfast-D is helpful when a standard antihistamine isn’t enough and congestion becomes a major issue. The antihistamine part is usually non-drowsy, but the decongestant can raise heart rate or cause restlessness in some patients. It works well for short-term allergy flare-ups rather than daily long-term use.
Safety Notes
Use with caution if you:
-
Are elderly
-
Have heart issues, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems
Avoid combining with other decongestants or caffeine-heavy products unless advised.
