Ziclopel contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammation. Dosage
Dosage should always follow your doctor’s instructions. General guidance:

Immediate-release tablets: 50mg every 8–12 hours

Recommended adult dose: 75–150mg daily in 2–3 divided doses

Osteoarthritis/Rheumatoid arthritis: 50mg every 8 hours

Menstrual cramps: 50mg 3 times a day

Children (≥3 years, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis): 2–3 mg/kg/day, up to 4 weeks
In case of Overdose
Seek immediate medical attention. Overdose may cause: headache, nausea, vomiting, GI bleeding, dizziness, disorientation, convulsions, renal failure, liver damage, and more. Management involves supportive and symptomatic treatment, gastric decontamination, and activated charcoal if necessary.
Missed Dose
Take the next dose as soon as you remember. Do not double the dose to compensate.
How to Use
Take with food to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
When Not to Use
Avoid diclofenac if you have:

Hypersensitivity to the drug or excipients

Gastric or intestinal ulcer, bleeding, or perforation

History of NSAID-related GI complications

Severe liver, kidney, or heart failure
