Precautions:
When using more potent steroids, more caution should be observed as systemic effects results from their use. This medicine should be used over large surface areas. Disontinue use if irritation occurs. Donot use steroid as sole therapy in psoriasis. Avoid prolonged use. Avoid mucus membranes and eye area. Risk of viusal disturbances. Elderly.
Contraindications:
This medicine should not be used on it’s own as a monotherapy in primary bacterial Injectionectionections such as impetigo (skin Infection), paroychia (bacterial or fungal nail infection), and erysipelas (bacterial skin infection),cellulitis (bacterial skin infection), erythrasma (superficial skin infection), treatment of rosacea (redness of skin), untreated fungal or viral infections, use on burns or acne, perioral dermatits.
Side effects:
Patients using this medicine may at times experience burning, itching, irritation, erythema (redness), numbness of fingers,tightening of skin, malaria, and dryness. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
