Description

Pred Forte Eye Drops contain prednisolone acetate, a corticosteroid used to relieve redness, swelling, irritation, and discomfort caused by inflammation of the eye. It is typically prescribed after eye surgery or in inflammatory conditions caused by allergy, chemical exposure, or mechanical irritation.

How It Works

Prednisolone suppresses inflammatory responses within the eye by inhibiting the release of natural substances that cause redness, swelling, and irritation.

Uses

Prescribed for:

• Short-term treatment of eye inflammation.

• Post-operative ocular inflammation.

• Allergic or irritative conjunctival reactions (if no active infection is present).

Dosage (As Directed by Physician)

• Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s), typically 2 to 4 times daily.

• Shake bottle before use.

Side Effects
