Description

Repar is an anti-ulcer medicine used to treat GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), stomach ulcers, and other conditions caused by excessive stomach acid. It also helps repair damage to the esophagus due to acid reflux and prevents ulcers associated with long-term NSAID use or infections caused by Helicobacter pylori.

This medicine belongs to the proton pump inhibitor (PPI) class, which works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, providing relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and related discomfort.

• Rabeprazole Sodium.

Uses & Indications

Repar is prescribed for:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

• Stomach and intestinal ulcers.

• Esophageal damage caused by stomach acid.

• Prevention of NSAID-related ulcers.

• Helicobacter pylori-related gastric conditions.

How to Use

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow capsules whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break them.

• Best taken at least one hour before meals.

• Follow the full treatment course for best results.

Storage

• Store at room temperature (away from 15–30°C).

• Protect from direct heat, light, and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of liver disease or lupus erythematosus.
